The Edge ships with standard insulation and double-glazed windows suitable for mild climates. For year-round living across most of Canada, we recommend adding the Canadian Winter Package ($6,999) which includes triple glazing, electric floor heating, pipe heating, and thickened insulation rated to -40°C.
How long does delivery take?+
Typical delivery timeline is 8-12 weeks from deposit. This includes factory production, ocean shipping, customs clearance, and truck delivery with crane placement on your property.
Do I need a foundation?+
Yes, your capsule needs a level surface to sit on. Options include a concrete pad, concrete piers, helical screw piles, or compacted gravel with blocks. Your salesperson can advise on the best foundation for your site.
